The Measurably Better IT Framework

If it isn’t measured, it isn’t managed

Every EpiOn client is scored across seven pillars every quarter. You see where you stand, what moved, and what we’re fixing next — in a document you can hand to your board.

Our story

Tennessee roots, since 1997

EpiOn started with a simple frustration: IT companies that billed by the hour had no incentive to make anything better.

1997

Founded in Cookeville

We started supporting small Upper Cumberland businesses one server room at a time.

2012

Flat-fee only

We retired hourly billing entirely and built the EmPower program around measured outcomes.

Today

180+ clients, 2 offices

Ranked #64 globally on the Channel Futures MSP 501 — still headquartered in Tennessee.

How we’re different

Four things most providers won’t offer you

Flat fee, always

One predictable monthly price per user. We win when you have fewer problems, not more hours.

Tennessee-based

Real engineers in Cookeville and Nashville who can be on-site, not a queue three time zones away.

6-month test drive

No decade-long lock-in. Judge us on the scorecard and leave if the numbers don’t move.

Measurable results

Every quarter you get a scored report card. Better IT is a number here, not a feeling.
